A wine with unusual aromas of ripe fruit: peach, banana, exotic fruit. A superior prosecco reminiscent of the wines of the past, whose name derives from the soil where the grapes grow, used by a noble count as a track for his bay (“Baio”, in italian) horses.

Its label is made with 100% recylcled paper.

Variety

85% Glera, 5% Bianchetta, 4% Perera, 6% Verdiso.
Production takes place separately from any other wine produced by Il Colle. White vinification after soft pressing of the grapes. Charmat sparkling wine-making method.
Prosecco Il Colle
Despite being an organic wine, denotes a particular elegance. Appreciated for its remarkable freshness, it is a dry, light, slightly sapid, balanced and harmonic wine.

Pale straw yellow with greenish hues.

Bouquet

Aromatic and characteristic scents of fruit which reminds to apple, banana, exotic fruits and hints of peach and yellow rose.

Taste

Elegant, fresh, dry, light, well balanced and harmonious.

Matches

Ideal as an aperitifs, perfect with fish meals and with light first courses and white meat. Its lightness makes it perfect at every hour of the day to celebrate every happy moment.
