Its delicate aromas are reminiscent of ripe raspberry. Fine, fruity, and round, is best tried fresh with cured meats or fish, especially prosciutto or salmon sushi.

Area D.O.C. Prosecco.

Variety

90% Glera; 10% Pinot Nero.
Separate red wine making for the Pinot Noir. Before the second fermentation we combine the Glera wine base with the Pinot Noir wine base. Second fementation in autoclave with selected yeasts for 30 days.
